1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using DomainVault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

DomainVault provides portfolio management tools for domain investors, including tracking of sales, offers, leads, leases, and related analytics. Features may evolve over time.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use DomainVault. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you submit (domains, sales, leads, etc.). You grant DomainVault a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service for you.

6. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. marketplaces, payment providers, authentication providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability or content.

7. Fees

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund terms will be presented at checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by DomainVault and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Domain valuations and market data are informational and do not constitute financial advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomainVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DomainVault is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
